How long does shipping take for complete BMX bikes?
Most complete bikes are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location, and you will receive a tracking number as soon as it leaves our warehouse.
Do the bikes come fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the handlebars, front wheel, pedals, and seat. We recommend a professional safety check before your first ride.
What is your return policy on BMX parts?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused and uninstalled parts in their original packaging. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
How do I know which frame size is right for me?
Frame size depends on your height and riding style. Generally, riders between 5'5" and 5'9" prefer a 20.5" top tube, while taller riders should look for 21" or larger. Check our sizing guide for detailed recommendations.
