The Colony Wasp cassette hub is made from 6061-T6 aluminium and has a special female axle design with a 14mm axle protruding into the drop outs by 3mm - fits all 14mm dropouts. The Wasp rear hub also has a 10mm hardened CRMO axle with 17mm hex head bolts, high performance sealed bearings making for a very fast and free-rolling hub. There is direct engagement in the Wasp hub and a 9T driver for superior engagement and acceleration.
